The Object Of The Contract Is The Review Service Of The Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan Of The Municipality Of Olot, Which Includes The Development Of A Mathematical Model For Forecasting The Demand For Mobility And The Drafting Of A Proposal For A Technical And Economic Definition Of The Service Regular Urban Public Transport For Passengers To Replace The Current One. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Following Consulting Services: 1.1 The Review Of The Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan Of The Municipality Of Olot, Definitively Approved By The Plenary Of The City Council In The Regular Session Held On May 19, 2016, In Compliance With Law 9/2003, Of 13 June, On Mobility, Which Establishes The Principles, Objectives And Other Specific Requirements That Urban Mobility Plans Must Develop. 1.2 The Development Of A Mathematical Model For Forecasting Specific Mobility Demand And Adapted To The Physical, Urban, Social And Economic Reality Of The Municipality Of Olot, Calibrated To The Current Situation And With The Ability To Extrapolate Results To Future Variables . This Model, Calibrated To The Current State, Will Allow To Quantitatively Justify The Diagnosis And Its Critical Points, And By Adopting The Value Of The Future Variables Of Scenario 1 And 2, Predict The Results And Effects Of The Proposed Actions In Each Future Scenario Of The Revision Document Of The Mobility Plan. 1.3 The Drafting Of A Proposal For A Technical And Economic Definition Of The Regular Urban Public Transport Service For Passengers To Replace The Current One, With A Sufficient Degree Of Development, So That It Can Constitute The Technical Basis For Bidding. The Current Service Has Been Provided Since June 1, 2007 And Has A Term Of Validity Until May 31, 2025. The Intermodal Distribution, Therefore, The Demand For The Future Service Of The Tpo, Will Be Justified With The Model
