   The Employer invites sealed bids from eligible firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in at least C-2 or above with specialization codes of CE-10, CE-11, EE-04, EE-05, EE-06, income tax registration (Active), and Sale Tax (Operative). In case of forming JV with foreign constructor/contractor, the foreign constructor/contractor shall make JV in accordance to the Engineering Works Bylaws 7(2) of Pakistan Engineering Council. The Bidder as business identity must have 10 years experience to be determine from the registration with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) as tax payer, Membership of Chamber of Commerce and Industry, valid electric inspector license issued from electric inspector from any DISCOs.
