Individual Consulting Services for (1) "Financial Specialist." They will ensure compliance with all commitments established in the Loan Agreement, which refer to financial management; Manage payments and disbursements, ensuring they comply with the Program's Global Investment Plan (PGI); prepare the Program's Annual Investment Plan (PAIP); and establish and maintain a financial monitoring system for projects. The monthly salary is $3,390.00 with VAT, for a period of 3 years.
